By moving the lower jaw forward, the Silensor-sl widens the respiratory tract, decreasing the incidence of snoring. When fitted, the comfortable device still allows the lower jaw to move and doesn’t restrict breathing. It consists of two splints joined by two connectors and is custom-made for each patient.
